District Angels is seeking a sharp and collaborative Deals Co-Lead to steer our early-stage deal pipeline and shape how we source, vet, and champion startups across the DMV. This role is for someone excited about building systems that elevate great founders, deepen investor conviction, and connect capital with overlooked markets. You’ll lead diligence pods, drive memo quality, and create rhythm and rigor across our investment process - all to drive capital to high-potential startups from around the US in the DMV.
